Only What Lasts is a Greenwich, Connecticut design and renovation firm.

We plan and manage residential remodels, from kitchens, baths, and closets to whole-house renovations and new construction. That includes layouts, custom cabinetry and millwork, finishes, and lighting. We specify every detail, then work alongside trusted contractors and craftsmen to see it built correctly.

We also source what finishes a room: furniture, lighting, art, fabric, wallcovering, and upholstery, drawn from trade resources, estate sales, auctions, and private collections.

We take on a select number of projects at a time. The goal is a house that works and lasts, not one that starts over every few years.
